We are excited to be sharing with our community this holiday season by holding a Food Drive which will run from Monday, December 12th to Friday, December 16th. In hopes of motivating our students to greater generosity, we are holding a friendly competition between classes to see which class can bring in the most items. Progress will be tracked in each class by “building a snowman” (eyes, nose, mouth, scarf, etc. will be added to track the number of items that have been donated). Some suggestions from the Food Bank for donations are canned beans in sauce, canned fish, canned fruit, and cold cereal. Any non-perishable item is appreciated.
